The Brixen Ivy Community Center is a 501(c)3 not for profit ministry. Each revenue dollar from a special event is used to continue the work of the Brixen Ivy Community Center
The Brixen Ivy Community Center serves as a host site for all types of events including, but not limited to: meetings, receptions, galas weddings, product launches, fashion shows, concerts, theatre events, art shows, dinners, private parties, etc.
Although we do not have rental fees, we understand that every event is unique and therefore, we customize our usage based upon your specific needs; taking into account the space(s) being used and the amount of time needed. Users of the community center will be expected to pay charges for space usage, to cover the actual costs of such usage. These costs may include maintenance, cleaning, security, wear and tear, etc.
Brixen Ivy does reserve the right to approve or disapprove any entertainment offered at a special event to ensure that the nature of the gathering is consistent with the organization's mission.
